Zenucchi Design Code presents the expansion of the space devoted to home design.
Home Domotic Design was born from the synergy of three leading companies: Siemens, Telmotor and Zenucchi Design Code. Three companies that have been able to achieve ‘building automation’, i.e., the creation of a smart building that, with new technologies, allows coordinated, integrated and computerised management of the technological systems, information and communication networks.
1800 square metres of extension, 200 square metres of furnished terrace, 40 square metres of winter garden, for a total area of 4200 square metres dedicated to the home and design. This is the space that Amedeo and Giacomo Zenucchi have carefully designed to dedicate to all their customers. An exhibition structure in the name of continuity. Designed to give more space to the human resources with the aim of improving the quality of the work and service offered.
Objectives achieved by expanding the exhibition spaces, improving those dedicated to design, and a different distribution of sales and logistics offices. A functional arrangement aimed at improving operations. A decidedly eye-catching and innovative architectural envelope that encapsulates the entire “company dynamic”. Immediately perceptible, the grey structure stands out against the hills behind Bergamo. Only a red lacquered cube, in the same shade as the logo, breaks the continuity but characterises the image of the structure. Architecturally elegant and light-weight. Attention to detail inside and out. The exhibition space is cosy: each space, balanced and elegant, is exploited to the full. The sober, grey-painted exterior is the container. Cleverly lit at night, it attracts the distracted gaze of passers-by. A global project specifically designed to optimise the service offered to an increasingly demanding public. Following this corporate philosophy aimed at satisfying the quality of life, Zenucchi Design Code proposes H2D Home Domotic Design: the smart home. An idea born from the desire to create a real ‘smart’, fully functional, house in which you can create a home environment that is appropriately designed and technologically equipped, in order to make activities inside the house easier (such as: switching on lights, activating and controlling household appliances, managing air conditioning, opening doors and windows, etc.); increasing security (anti-intrusion control, gas leaks, flooding, etc.) and enabling remote connection with assistance services (remote monitoring, etc.). A project created thanks to the futuristic skills of three leading companies in their respective fields of application: Siemens, Telmotor and Zenucchi Design Code. Three companies that have been able to achieve ‘building automation’, i.e. the creation of a smart building that, thanks to the support of new technology, allows the coordinated, integrated and computerised management of the technological systems, computer networks and communication networks. All together, in a cleverly designed and furnished environment. Let’s go in. Stepping through the front door, magically opened by a magnetic card, we find ourselves immersed in a fascinating world of comfortable and elegant surroundings that gratify the senses. Emotions chase each other and the eye is constantly searching for that sound and image, projected or real, that is experienced inside. The space is divided into several main rooms: in addition to the entrance hall there is a living room, kitchen, fitness and wellness area, bathroom and bedroom. They all revolve around the atmospheric winter garden: another room among the rooms. Each inside room overlooks it and reflects the colours of the light at different times of the day and season. Images and sounds dissolve behind the glass separating the garden from the inside spaces, creating a sense of perfect harmony. A play on the senses achieved through the skilful fusion of pure, elegant furniture and design with the latest audio and video technology, which makes “the wall play music” and a curtain lower by simply touching a cursor. Every single room and the house as a whole express harmony and absolute comfort. High quality is at home here! And who can honestly say that they wouldn’t like to live in a smart home designed by the skilful hands of a designer who has managed to combine art and technology? A little hesitation, fear of alienation and over-dependence on technology are legitimate, but the feelings these spaces arouse are almost impossible to describe in full, and are definitely worth experiencing. And Zenucchi Design Code invites you to experience its smart home open to the public from 26 September. From this momentous day, Giacomo and Amedeo Zenucchi will take you on a tour of their “smart home”, to experience, to interact, all together. To be able to say you have lived a dream, which may last a lifetime or just one day.
