Lampadina Collection – Table lamp

Lampadina is the table lamp designed by Achille Castiglioni on the occasion of the inauguration of the Flos showroom in Turin in 1972. Castiglioni, a master who has accustomed us to an ironic and at the same time functional design, proposes here a shape which is precisely that of a large bulb bulb.
The Globolux sphere in transparent glass is partially sandblasted to allow you to choose between a direct or diffused flow of light, depending on how the lamp is positioned, and is screwed onto a Bakelite lamp holder with built-in switch, which is in turn fixed on a base in anodized aluminium, around which it is possible to roll up the excess electrical cable.
