Light and fluidity between indoors and outdoors
In the heart of Franciacorta, in a private and secluded setting, a newly built villa of over 200 sqm unfolds across two levels. It was born from the ambition of a couple who wanted to see the result of years of dedication take shape and, finally, make it their home. Zenucchi Design Code guided the project around a defining idea: light and fluidity between indoors and outdoors, creating a single, uninterrupted relationship between space and landscape. Large windows open the home to its surroundings, while the same flooring continues seamlessly from the interiors into the outdoor spaces, dissolving the threshold between inside and out. Where the openings give way to the landscape, bespoke furnishings create a linear composition that guides the eye without interrupting it. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area is designed for lunches and dinners with friends. A staircase conceived as a visual focal point leads upstairs, where the spacious master bedroom area takes the form of a private suite.
Una villa in Franciacorta, un progetto su misura
Il progetto si affida a un’eleganza silenziosa, costruita sull’equilibrio tra toni caldi e naturali e sulla ricchezza delle texture. La ceramica riveste l’isola di 4 metri, dai fianchi alle ante fino ai piani di lavoro, con una matericità che si percepisce al tatto prima ancora che alla vista. La resina cementizia ritorna nel tavolo e nel vano scale, e crea un filo conduttore tra i momenti di convivialità e quelli di passaggio. Proprio la scala è il gesto simbolico del progetto: una scultura continua che lega i due livelli e dà ritmo al percorso. Ogni elemento su misura è stato disegnato per questa casa. Nessun brand o stile ne detta l’identità: è l’insieme di più caratteri, calibrati con cura, a comporre un ambiente che prende la forma di chi lo abita, come un abito sartoriale. Una casa che non separa, ma mette in relazione la luce con la materia, il paesaggio con chi lo vive. Dal divano come dal letto lo sguardo si apre sulla Franciacorta, e ogni giorno ha il ritmo di una vacanza.
