A productive collaboration between Zenucchi Design Code and Agogroup: brightness and design for the two-room apartment in the Residenza del Parco in Torre Boldone.
The project was developed bearing in mind some aims that Investimenti Agogroup S.r.l. considers fundamental in its work; namely, functionality, comfort, privacy and independence. For this reason, a quiet residential area in a small town centre was sought that would be ideal for achieving the objectives set. A typical building complex such as an apartment block would not have been able to guarantee important values such as privacy, which is why Agogroup created a property that is very different from those that can be found lately, and certainly with higher quality features. One of these flats was furnished completely by Zenucchi. In the living area, there is a Dada kitchen with glossy white lacquered finish and steel counter, the Barone table with glass top and chrome-plated base, and chairs in white faux leather with chrome-plated structure. The faux leather sofa and the TV cabinet, which also features wrap-around LED lighting, is white too. In this room, made so bright by these light colours, a few elements add a touch of colour: the red armchair with its matching footstool, and the Indikon rug from the Patchwork series. The corridor has mirrored sliding doors that conceal a room that can also be used as a laundry room. White is also the main colour in the bathroom, as in the case of Cima’s wall-mounted cabinet with its countertop washbasin, which contribute to brightening up the room. The double bedroom, also characterised by soft colours, is furnished with Novamobili: a double bed in faux leather, combined with a glossy white lacquered wardrobe. A touch of design is provided by Cappellini’s small tables that serve as bedside tables and by Flos’s table lamps. Another objective that Zenucchi Design Code has achieved: to create an environment where brightness and functionality are at home.
