Direct light lamp designed by Achille Castiglioni and Pio Manzu, 1971. The vertical movement of the illuminant is achieved by sliding a shaped steel tube over a tensile steel cable between the ceiling and floor (useful length 4000 mm). Injection molded elastomer head in black. The cable is equipped with an electronic dimmer that allows for step-by-step adjustment of the light intensity.
