Me From Outside Collection – Mirror LIMITED EDITION

Born from the collaboration between Cassina and Pietro Terzini, ME FROM OUTSIDE is a mirror that takes on a conceptual as well as functional function. The reflective surface becomes a pretext for a direct comparison with one’s own image and with the contemporary social context. Terzini intervenes with his recognizable stylistic signature, inserting three silk-screened phrases that transform the object into a personal communication device.
Each mirror is made of silk-screened glass and accompanied by a hand-signed metal plate, a detail that underlines the uniqueness of the work. Interaction with the object occurs through language: direct, essential, positioned on the surface to activate a silent but constant dialogue with those who observe it. A reflective presence that does not seek consensus, but attention.
The oval shape and generous size help to define a furnishing object capable of inhabiting the space with discretion, while maintaining a strong visual presence. The chosen phrases — WE SEE WHAT WE WANT TO SEE, I LOVE YOU and SOMETIMES I LIE — mark three distinct editions: the first intended for the Cassina collection, the other two produced in just 100 copies each.
