Voilà Collection – Mirrored cabinet

Voilà, designed by Alessandro Andreucci for Agape in 2022, interprets the bathroom mirror as an architectural element capable of redefining the wall and the relationship between space and function. The project stems from the idea of enhancing the sculptural presence of the washbasin and bathtub, integrating a reflective surface and discreet storage space into a single element that remains concealed when not in use. The wood-clad structure encloses an organised system for storing everyday essentials, transforming the wall into an essential and orderly composition. The opening, conceived as an unexpected gesture, progressively reveals the contents and introduces movement and depth into the space. Voilà thus goes beyond the traditional concept of the bathroom mirror, becoming a furnishing element where design, storage and architecture meet naturally. A contemporary and measured project, awarded at the Archiproducts Design Awards 2024, which interprets functionality through a discreet form and careful attention to detail.
