Nocturne F2 Collection – Floor lamp

Nocturne F2 Cone by Flos, designed by Konstantin Grcic, is a floor lamp that brings together technological precision and the expressive quality of glass. Its slender vertical structure in extruded aluminium supports a conical diffuser in ultra-clear borosilicate glass, designed to direct the light while giving it a soft, almost suspended presence. The project explores the contrast between the industrial character of the structure and the lightness of the glass, transforming the light source into an element that defines the surrounding space. Inside the diffuser, LED technology combines direct light with a subtle luminous halo around the perimeter, enhancing the transparency of the glass and creating a delicate effect, particularly evocative in the evening. The light body can be oriented on two axes, allowing the illumination to adapt to different spatial needs without compromising the purity of the composition. Nocturne F2 Cone interprets the floor lamp as a discreet architectural element, where material, light and structure come together in a contemporary and measured form.
