Adelaide XVI Collection – Vase

The vase in the shape of a paper bag is inspired by the bags used for bread, in which the folds that naturally form on the paper have been solidified in the porcelain. The result of the entire process of converting the material is a light and weightless visual experience. White is the colour most sensitive to ambient colours and light, it strengthens the rhythm of creases and provides a sense of relaxation and serenity. The unique purity and transparency of porcelain make these vases a sensitive and fragile work.
