Zenucchi has transformed an apartment on Lake Garda into a custom-designed retreat for a single man. Every detail, from the layout of the spaces to the lighting, was chosen to reflect a contemporary and elegant lifestyle. The apartment opens into an open-plan living area where the island kitchen, with antique fir bases by Boffi and a quartz top, blends harmoniously with the living room. Here, the sofa by De Padova and the armchairs by Cassina create a welcoming relaxation area. A majestic Porro wall unit dominates the scene with its mix of iron, mirror, and canaletto walnut, integrating a fireplace that adds warmth to the space. The dining table, with its Grey Emperador marble top, and the chairs by Porro define a convivial area illuminated by the pendant light by Flos.

The path to the sleeping area is marked by a long corridor that is not just a simple hallway but a design element. A custom-made wardrobe is integrated with iron sheet bookshelves, illuminated by LED profiles that enhance their texture and linearity. A custom-made pivot door elegantly separates the two areas of the house, maintaining a sense of fluidity and continuity. The sleeping area is an oasis of calm. The master bedroom features a leather bed by Molteni&C, flanked by opaque glass bedside tables by Rimadesio. The bathrooms are also a tribute to design and functionality, with cement resin coverings and Boffi sanitary ware. The master bathroom stands out for its sink unit by Boffi and a backlit mirror, while the guest bathroom features a striking column sink by Agape in green cement. Every space has been designed to combine aesthetics and practicality, confirming Zenucchi’s sartorial approach. Lighting plays a fundamental role in every room. The Flos tracks define the architectural lines, while the decorative lamps help create intimate and welcoming atmospheres.
