The new line of outdoor furniture designed by Patricia Urquiola for Kettal, which will be presented at the Salone del Mobile, is called Vieques.
A collection that includes chairs, armchairs, tables and sofas with a die-cast aluminium frame and a new three-dimensional honeycomb fabric created especially for this line of outdoor furniture. The colours chosen are reminiscent of the 1950s and 1960s, evoking a sophisticated taste revisited in a modern key. Designed by Patricia Urquiola, a Spanish-born architect who lives in Milan, winner of the 2008 AD Architecture Design Award, and who has already collaborated with the Kettal brand, creating the Maia line.
